Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
- Orders of $99 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under $99: flat $9.99 shipping.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Our apparel is printed to order for you. Please allow:
- Printing: 3–5 business days
- Delivery: 3–5 business days after it ships
Most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks of being placed. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Busy periods such as the holidays and major tournaments can add a few days.
Original artwork and large or framed pieces are packed and shipped separately; we will email you with timing for those items.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us at info@careychen.com as soon as possible; once an order has shipped we can no longer change the address.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and around your property, then contact us at info@careychen.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help.
